Dream Care Rides is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider committed to delivering safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services to individuals who need assistance getting to medical and non-medical appointments. Role Overview

The Client Care Intern will support day-to-day customer service operations by assisting clients, caregivers, drivers, and dispatch teams. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and healthcare-related transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner

2. Assist with ride booking, confirmations, and schedule updates

3. Provide clients with driver ETAs, trip updates, and delay notifications

4. Document client interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately

5. Escalate urgent issues to the Operations Manager when necessary

6. Support post-ride follow-ups and customer feedback collection

7. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets

8. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Recent graduate or currently completing a degree (0–1 year experience)

2. Must reside in Nigeria

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

4. Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience

5. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

7. Willingness to learn operations within the NEMT industry

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship or customer service experience

  • Familiarity with call handling or client support roles

  • Interest in healthcare, transportation, or operations
