Minimum Criteria to Join
We only accept candidates who meet these standards:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, AI, ML, or Analytics
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data stacks (e.g. Spark, dbt, Airflow, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Proven delivery record - youve built or deployed real products, models, or data pipelines in production
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Full-time availability for at least 6 months, working South African hours aligned with UK/EU/US East Coast time zones
