Roles & Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with JavaScript
Ability to design and build complex workflows and subflows in ServiceNow
Experience designing and building system integrations via Web services, LDAP, and SQL
Experience supporting ServiceNow applications through the SDLC, including requirements analysis, system design, and testing (regression and UAT)

Requirements:

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications across the full lifecycle, including integration, regression testing, UAT, and continuous improvement
Design and build system integrations using Web services, LDAP, and SQL
Create and optimize complex workflows and subflows within ServiceNow
Contribute to SDLC activities, including requirements analysis and system design, and apply ServiceNow scripting for customization (advantage)
