The main focus of this role will be the development of our web and hybrid applications in a technical leadership position. Our technology stack is ever-evolving as we are open to adopting new technologies.

To do well, youll need to have:

5+ years of experience developing web applications with Javascript/TypeScript using React. Experience with React Native, AngularJS and Node.js are a bonus!
Expertise in architecting and defining the front-end framework to solve complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative and art direction provided
Experience in mentorship and guidance to technical team members in all project activities
Ability to shift between a creative and a technical focus as needed
Excellent skills in generating technical documentation, white papers, presentations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
A high HTML/CSS skill level with a knack for good design and user experience so you can build something with functionality and a bit of flare!
Excellent communication skills - to be able to work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers
Technical thought leader skills in the front-end technologies and space
Experience working in a startup environment.
