Roles & Responsibilities

6+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master
Solid understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus

Requirements:

Lead and guide software development teams in the Scrum framework; collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality delivery
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives; remove impediments to keep the team productive
Coach and mentor team members on agile practices; ensure Scrum ceremonies are conducted properly and the team adheres to the framework
Prioritize the product backlog, track progress, and report to stakeholders; translate roadmap into concrete tasks, architecture direction, and low-level plans

Job description

Job Title: Scrum Master

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description:

Your role will include leading and guiding our software development teams in the agile methodology. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you will do

6+ years of experience working in software development, with a minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master
Solid understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
Work with product owners to refine and clarify user stories and requirements
Leads the direction of the team, handling interdependencies with common items & other teams
To translate the development roadmap into specifications with corresponding application architecture design, low-level roadmap, and concrete tasks.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
Ensure that the development team is working efficiently and effectively by removing any impediments or roadblocks
Coach and mentor team members on agile standard processes and principles
Track and report on project progress and provide insight to stakeholders
Help prioritizes the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on the highest value items
Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and that all ceremonies are being conducted properly
Collaborate with other Technical Leads within the organization to share standard methodologies and improve processes
Foster a motivating, enthusiastic & innovation driven work environment, with a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
Provides recognition and communicate about the team achievements
Proven track record of optimally delivering projects in an agile environment
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including product owners, developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers
Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
