5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM core configuration and project delivery, including at least one full SAP CRM implementation in the Utilities sector
Strong experience with SAP CRM to ISU middleware configuration (BDOCS) and integration
Knowledge of CRM technical master data structures (Business Partner and utilities-specific master data) and business transaction configuration (e.g., IR)
Experience with SAP Web UI and UI Component Workbench, and familiarity with utilities business processes (Move-in/Move-out, Payment Scheme, Contract Management, Complaints and Campaigns Management)

Experience with ERMS, SAP Gateway & Fiori would be a plus

Experience in performing impact assessments in the CRM area and writing lower level design specifications.
Ability to work collaboratively across the different SAP work streams (functional and technical teams) and with the different stakeholders.
