Roles & Responsibilities

Good knowledge of SAP CDP (Cloud-Based Customer Data Platform) solutions and processes with at least 3 years of expertise
Experience implementing SAP CDP projects (minimum one completed)
Integration experience with SAP or third-party systems
SAP CDP certification (preferred)

Requirements:

Provide strategic, implementation, and best-practices consulting on SAP CDP products and deliver situational training to customer staff
Develop Functional Specification documents for requirements and use cases; map customer needs to SAP CDP configurations
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define solutions, create user stories, and ensure correct console administrative settings per customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions; perform detailed analysis of complex requirements and assist with effort estimation and timelines

Note: Person should be expertise in Implementing Projects in Customer Data Platform + Digital Vehicle Hub.

Job Description:

Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General Skills

Good knowledge of SAP CDP(Cloud-Based Customer Data Platform) solutions and processes (with at least 3 years expertise)
Provide strategic, implementation, and best practices consulting on all CDP products.
Deliver situational training and mentoring to customer staff.
Complete Functional Specification document for requirements and use cases.
Work with Customer to ensure all console administrative settings are correctly set per Customers desired application behavior.
Multilingual communication skills with fluency in English
Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business challenges and business needs
Ability to collaborate with project and IT team to derive solution and create user stories
Ability to provide operational support. Collaborate with end customers & customer support agents to understand end user concerns
At least one SAP CDP project is implemented

Mandatory / Preferred Skills: Technical Skills

Good knowledge of ecommerce solutions and processes (with at least 3 years expertise)
Integration with SAP or third-party systems

Preferred certification:

SAP CDP Certified

Others:

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline
Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements.
