Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
   • Develop and implement effective testing strategies for Salesforce applications.
2. Test Case Design and Execution:
   • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
   • Execute test cases, document results, and manage defects to closure.
3. Automation Testing:
   • Utilize automation tools and frameworks to design and implement automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
   • Work towards achieving a high level of test automation coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Regression Testing:
   • Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that new developments do not negatively impact existing functionality.
   • Collaborate with developers to identify and fix defects and issues.
5. Performance Testing:
   • Perform performance testing on Salesforce applications to ensure they meet scalability and performance requirements.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand the project scope and requirements.
   • Clearly communicate testing progress, issues, and results to the project team.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Salesforce testing.
   • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the overall testing process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
3. Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other custom solutions.
4. Proficient in creating and executing test cases for both manual and automated testing.
5. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or similar.
6. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or similar) are a plus.
