Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with Live Chat setup, Einstein Bot, Omni-Channel setup, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations (GitHub), with hands-on knowledge of LWC.
  • Strong software development lifecycle knowledge and automation; proficient in OOP/Functional programming (Apex, JavaScript, Python) and data modeling on the Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with Business/Product teams using Jira and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform services (Mulesoft, Platform Events); willingness to learn new technologies and provide on-call incident management when needed.

Requirements:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce-based solutions including Einstein Bot and Live Chat, focusing on best practices and reusability; align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business/Product teams to gather requirements, track progress (JIRA, GitHub), and maintain a customer-centric relationship.
  • Provide on-call application support, incident management, and troubleshooting; perform periodic maintenance to ensure platform stability.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Omni-Channel, Mulesoft, Platform Events, and LWC; ensure effective data modeling and customization to drive platform improvements.

Experience with Live chat setup, Einstein Bot, and Omni Channel setup. (Must to have) Knowledge of Best practices. Software development lifecycle and automation. Understand and define requirements, Design, Develop, Test, and deploy software that will help drive improvements on the platform. Solid understanding of OOP/Functional programming in various languages such as Apex, Python, JavaScript, and related. Knowledge of Best practices. Software development lifecycle and automation. Be passionate about learning and adopting new technologies. Communicate on a regular basis, at action log meetings with the Business team, on tracked progress (using JIRA, GitHub) and maintain a Customer Centric approach and relationship with the Business/Product team. Successful practical problem-solving, excellent written and interpersonal communication, and documentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without too much guidance at times (asking the right questions). Knowledge and experience in the different "clouds" and on the platform including Mulesoft, Platform Events, LWC and related. Some periodic on-call duties to provide application support, incident management, and troubleshooting when needed. Continue to bridge the gap between development and business with a strong bias towards Best Practices and Reusability as well as leveraging out of the boxfunctionality. Should have broad and deep technical knowledge but they also need to possess listening, communication, and presentation soft skills. Should be able to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another. Rich experience in Salesforce project implementation, Configuration and Customization. Good experience in data modeling and product development on Cloud platform
