5+ years of professional experience in Python development with a cybersecurity focus, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and compliance standards
Strong Python programming skills with experience in frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI
Cybersecurity expertise aligned with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding, including application security, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC practices
Experience with AI/ML tooling and prompt engineering for LLM training, including using tools like ChatGPT while addressing AI biases and security risks

Requirements:

Lead the design and deployment of LLM training pipelines and robust, scalable AI solutions for security-focused use cases
Develop Python-based applications and AI workflows using frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI) with an emphasis on secure coding and performance
Collaborate with AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering teams to implement secure development practices, perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance
Apply prompt engineering and AI tool usage to accelerate development while mitigating biases and security risks; perform code analysis, testing, and deployment of models

This role focuses on LLM (Large Language Model) training, ensuring robust, scalable AI solutions that address real-world challenges. Key Requirements

Programming Skills (Mandatory)

Python (Object-oriented principles, frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI)
Cybersecurity Expertise (OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, compliance standards)

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred)

SQL (query optimization, database design, relational databases)
JavaScript (front-end or full-stack development)
C++/C# (systems-level or enterprise applications)
Java (backend services or Android development)

Fundamental Requirements

Cybersecurity Best Practices: Strong knowledge of secure coding principles, vulnerability assessment, and compliance frameworks.
Application Security & Secure Coding: Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, and secure application development.
Problem-Solving & Algorithmic Thinking: Ability to diagnose issues, optimize solutions, and enhance system architecture.
Prompt Engineering & AI Tools: Experience with ChatGPT or similar tools to accelerate development while considering AI biases and security risks.
Software Development & Code Analysis: Expertise in writing clean, modular, and test-driven code.

Details
