Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL Lead to develop and maintain SQL Server databases for mission-critical applications. This role requires deep expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, indexing strategies, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Design normalized and denormalized data models for application performance.
• Optimize queries using indexing, execution plans, and partitioning.
• Implement high availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Replication, Mirroring).
• Manage database migrations, upgrades, and security enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate databases efficiently.
• Mentor junior SQL developers and provide best practice guidelines.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in MS SQL Server development and administration.
• Strong expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with database partitioning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of ETL processes using SSIS.
• Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle large-scale databases.

Note: The candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of MSSQL Lead experience.
