Roles & Responsibilities

Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming
Experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong team leadership experience

Requirements:

Lead and oversee MERN stack development projects using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
Design and optimize RESTful APIs and real-time features using GraphQL and WebSockets
Drive CI/CD adoption and cloud-based deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), and promote containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) as needed
