Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience as an instructional designer/analyst with ability to analyze learning needs and propose design solutions.
Strong collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to acquire content and identify content gaps.
Proficiency in creating high-level and detailed design documents and conducting design walkthroughs with clients.
Experience providing inputs for RFPs, estimations, prototypes, or proofs of concepts (POCs) and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:

Understand implicit and explicit client requirements and analyze learning needs to propose design solutions.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to acquire content and analyze source material for content gaps.
Create high-level and detailed design documents and conduct design/product walkthroughs with clients.
Review storyboards and final products to ensure design integrity; establish and maintain customer relationships.
