Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive Java development experience with Struts v1.1, v2, and preferably v6, including Struts tag libraries, validation, and action classes
Proficiency in JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with MVC frameworks (Spring MVC, JSF, or other Java-based MVC frameworks) and Tomcat configurations
Proven experience as a Tech Lead with excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently; familiarity with multiple operating systems

Requirements:

Lead development efforts as Tech Lead, coordinating team tasks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Design, develop, and implement Java applications using Struts (v1.1, v2, preferably v6), Struts tag libraries, and validation; manage Tomcat deployment/configuration
Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards, review code, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and manage project scope, risks, and delivery

Job description

SKILLS - Java, Struts 1 and 2, JSP, HTML, CSS, JS, MVC framework (Spring mvc or JSF or any other java based), spring security

Should have experience working with Struts (v1.1, 2 and preferably 6)
Experience with Struts tag libs, validation, action classes
Hands on with Java
Experience working on Tomcat and its configurations
Good understanding of HTML
Proven experience as a Tech Lead
Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management
Knowledge of selected programming languages: Java platform
Familiarity with various operating systems
