About the job

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT software experience (hands on technical development)

Deep understanding of multi-tier architectures and exposure to Core Java/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI, EJB, JMS), REST, SOAP, XML, IBM MQ

Experience with RESTful/SOAP Webservices and Microservices

Experience with Distributed communication platforms (MQ/KAFKA)

Open source frameworks and tools such as Spring, Spring boot, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Log4J/slf4J

Front-end Tech: Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

JBOSS, Tomcat, WebSphere, or equivalent application servers

Database: RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis or MongoDB)

Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g. SSL/mutual SSL, PKI strategies, SAML, oath, SiteMinder SSO, WS-Auth)

CICD: Version control, build and deploy tools (e.g. Maven, Jenkins, Ant, Git, Ansible, Subversion)

Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams

Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
