Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in 24x7x365 CRE CS contact center operations, incident response, and ticket queue management (L1-L2).
Proficiency with Azure, Windows, Networking, MS SQL, and ERP systems (Infor LN, e-Emphasys), including upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
Strong skills in security and privacy incident handling and remediation, plus stakeholder communication and escalation.
Ability to design and implement observability, noise reduction, automation, and drive technology innovation.

Requirements:

Manage 24x7x365 contact center operations, incident response, ticket queue management, L1-L2 processing, and technology HyperCare.
Handle security/privacy incidents, upgrades, deployments, and migrations across supported platforms (Azure/Windows/Networking/MS SQL/ERP).
Design and implement observability solutions, perform noise reduction, and drive automation and tech innovation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
