Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in 24x7x365 CRE CS contact center operations, incident response, and ticket queue management (L1-L2).
  • Proficiency with Azure, Windows, Networking, MS SQL, and ERP systems (Infor LN, e-Emphasys), including upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
  • Strong skills in security and privacy incident handling and remediation, plus stakeholder communication and escalation.
  • Ability to design and implement observability, noise reduction, automation, and drive technology innovation.

Requirements:

  • Manage 24x7x365 contact center operations, incident response, ticket queue management, L1-L2 processing, and technology HyperCare.
  • Handle security/privacy incidents, upgrades, deployments, and migrations across supported platforms (Azure/Windows/Networking/MS SQL/ERP).
  • Design and implement observability solutions, perform noise reduction, and drive automation and tech innovation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
