Roles & Responsibilities

9+ years experience leading iOS and Android application development across native and hybrid platforms (React Native) as Principal Software Engineer or Architect
Hands-on experience across the mobile tech stack (iOS, Android, Swift, HTML5/JS/CSS3) with strong React Native expertise; familiarity with Flutter, Xamarin, and TypeScript
Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Intune, PlayStore, AppStore) and performance tuning
Proficiency in CI/CD workflows, mobile test automation frameworks, and middleware/web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) with exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, Node.js, Redux

Requirements:

Architect and own the mobile strategy for iOS and Android across native and hybrid (React Native) platforms
Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance mobile solutions using best practices, OOP and design patterns
Drive CI/CD pipelines, mobile test automation, and integration with backend services and middleware (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
Oversee Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategies and deployment processes, including app distribution on App Store and Google Play

Role - Architect

Skills Required - Mobility (incl. of UX & experience on accessibility standards)

9+ years experience leading both iOS and Android application development using native and hybrid platforms (React Native) as a Principal Software Engineer or Architect

Hands-on experience with the entire mobile technology landscape like iOS, Android, Swift, HTML5/JS/CSS3 must have a React Native and added advantage to have a Flutter, Xamarin

Demonstrated deployments of enterprise mobile software systems using industry-standard environments

A thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, iOS, Android, and enterprise in mobile application integration

Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions - (Intune, PlayStore, AppStore)

Experience with Performance tuning

Expertise in one database good grasp of multiple data storage paradigms and when to apply other technologies

Experience evaluating and implementing mobile test automation frameworks

Exposure to integrations using middleware technologies and web services SOAP, REST, JSON XML

Good understanding of CI/CD workflow and tools
