Roles & Responsibilities

12+ years of development and application architecture experience with a focus on AEM.
Minimum 6 years of development experience in AEM 6.3 and above.
Strong Java/J2EE expertise (Java, Java EE, Servlets) and enterprise frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Hands-on AEM skills across templates, components, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi, Dispatcher, AEM Sites deployment, clustering, and integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Requirements:

Architect and lead AEM-based solutions, including designing architecture and building blueprints.
Develop and configure AEM components, templates, dialogs, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, and OSGi services; manage Dispatcher and deployment configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Campaign) and other systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in content management, search result accuracy, internationalization, personalization, and performance.

Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components
Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering and fragmentation.
Experience with core web technologies Java, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies and data exchange protocols like JSON and XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side
Having experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP and web services development using RESTful and SOAP-based web services
Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications
Very good communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills
Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Campaign etc.
Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM
