Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience with SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Spend Visibility
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Network
Experience with SAP Ariba Procurement Content
Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management

Requirements:

Provide Level 2 (bug fixes) and Level 3 (enhancements and small projects) support for SAP Ariba, coordinating with other support tiers to process incidents and deliver resolutions
Perform root cause analysis and incident management for SAP Ariba incidents
Implement, test, and document SAP Ariba configuration changes (Change Requests) as part of change management
Support non-regression testing campaigns and assist in analyzing new business requirements and developing solution designs

Job description

SIBIOS necesita un Consultores SAP ARIBA en tiempo parcial, 100% remoto durante dos dos años.

Proyecto de soporte Nivel 2 (corrección de errores) y nivel 3 (mejoras y proyectos pequeños).

Procesar y resolver Incidentes de SAP Ariba L2 en coordinación con otros niveles de soporte.

Proporcionar análisis de causa raíz (Gestión de Incidentes)

Proceso estándar de SAP Ariba Solicitudes (Gestión de Solicitudes) Implementación, prueba y documentación de cambios de configuración de SAP Ariba (Gestión de Solicitudes de Cambio)

Soporte en campañas de Non Regression Testing. Soporte en análisis de nuevos requerimientos de negocio y desarrollo de diseños de soluciones.

Nivel competente de experiencia y conocimiento de SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility

Nivel competente de experiencia con SAP Ariba Network.

Nivel competente de experiencia con SAP Ariba Procurement Content

Nivel competente de SAP Ariba Sourcing y Contract Management, Supplier Information y Performance Management
