Ready to own complex deployment projects and troubleshoot the most challenging routing issues across core ISP and Data Centre platforms? 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer capable of independent configuration, advanced diagnostics, and direct customer interaction. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and security of large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take hands-on ownership of large-scale Juniper MX series routers (MX480, MX204) and core switches. Lead software upgrades and complex configuration deployments autonomously.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex, intermittent routing and switching issues. Expertise in advanced protocols like BGP, OSPF, or MPLS is essential for resolving service provider-level outages.
• Implement and maintain network access controls and security policies, with strong preferred experience in Fortinet and/or Cisco firewalls, including configuration migration.
• Interface directly with customers and third-party network operators/ISPs for technical discussions, service delivery, and resolution of escalated issues.
• Provide technical configuration and support for integrated voice networking solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience specifically within ISP Core Networks or large-scale Data Centre environments.
• Solid, demonstrable experience with Juniper routing platforms (MX series).
• Relevant professional-level certifications (e.g., JNCIS, CCNP) are strongly preferred.
• Documented experience in leading complex troubleshooting and ensuring operational stability.
