Roles & Responsibilities

Licensed (NMLS) to originate mortgage loans in TX, CA, and/or FL and in good standing with NMLS
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Originate reverse mortgage loans and manage the full lifecycle from lead to close using provided leads and maintaining an active pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to generate new business and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with processing and support teams to ensure fast A-Z loan processing and timely closings while complying with regulatory requirements
Participate in training and leverage the compensation and downline revenue share program to maximize earnings and contribute to team growth

We are seeking motivated and experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Managers that are licensed in either CA TX, FL to join our client's growing company. Qualifications and Skills:

Mortgage Loan Officer must be licensed in TX, CA, and/or FL and in good standing with NMLS.
