Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal/time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Project Management and Software Development tools (e.g., Jira Software, Confluence, Trello).

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategy, commitments, and budget.
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables; plan tasks, allocate resources, create schedules, and track progress; manage the project team and stakeholders.
  • Manage change, risks, and quality assurance; monitor deliverables and report progress; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with development/technical teams and leadership; communicate status, decisions, and resolutions to open issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project team
  • Manage budget
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create schedule and project timeline
  • Track deliverables
  • Support and direct team
  • Lead quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present reports to stakeholders on project progress as well as problems and solutions to open issues.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess result of project
  • Work in close partnership with Project Manager, Development and Technical Team Resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Exhibit leadership skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Strong communication/interpersonal/time management skills
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Strong conflict resolution experience
  • Proficiency in using Project Management, Software Development tools (I.e. Jira Software, Confluence, Trello)
