Senior Substation Project Manager - Utilities Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage project staff, overseeing workloads, performance, and professional development.

• Manage major substation projects, including budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and client communications.

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular financial updates.

• Ensure compliance with client and industry standards, conduct quality assurance reviews, and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and negotiation of scope changes.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field; PMP certification required.

• Minimum of 12 years of substation engineering experience, including field experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and CAD software/methodologies.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
