  • Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud data integrity; document and report defects with reproduction steps; generate test reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts; communicate testing results and recommendations; stay updated on Salesforce releases and drive continuous improvement.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing within the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud). This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our clients' Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in manual testing methodologies, a thorough understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within complex Salesforce environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Test Strategy & Planning:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' Salesforce Sales Cloud testing needs.
  • Develop comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on client requirements and business processes.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce implementations to identify areas for improvement in testing coverage and efficiency.


Salesforce Manual Testing:

  • Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  • Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify potential defects and usability issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.


Salesforce Data Validation & Reporting:

  • Validate data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Document and report defects clearly and concisely, providing detailed steps for reproduction.
  • Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Communicate testing progress, issues, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and testing best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities to elevate the team's Salesforce testing capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer, with a strong focus on manual testing within the Sales Cloud platform.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and business processes.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing manual test plans and test cases.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise defect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Associate certification (any one of these is required).
  • Experience with Test automation tools (Salesforce or other) is a plus.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Advanced English is a must - C1 - (B1/B2 is not fully accepted)


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience with Vlocity Insurance Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools.
  • Experience testing platforms outside of Salesforce.

$90,000 pesos monthly gross (Negotiable)
