  • Customize and adapt training content to meet local needs and audience profiles in each area
  • Use data-driven approaches to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Utilize presentation tools (PowerPoint, Prezi) and e-learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, etc.)

Trainer Freelance/Corporate Trainer

Location: Samarinda, Balikpapan, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, Makassar

Employment Type: Freelance


Kualifikasi Umum:

- Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Psikologi, Manajemen, Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait.

- Sertifikasi pelatihan (Training of Trainer/ToT) menjadi nilai tambah.

- Kemampuan menyesuaikan pelatihan dengan kebutuhan lokal dan audiens di area tersebut.

- Bersedia untuk bekerja di lokasi yang disebutkan: Samarinda, Balikpapan, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, dan Makassar.

- Mampu menggunakan pendekatan berbasis data untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan.

- Penguasaan alat presentasi (PowerPoint, Prezi) dan platform e-learning (Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, dll.).

- Pengalaman dalam mengembangkan dan menyampaikan pelatihan di berbagai bidang (misalnya, soft skills, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, atau teknis).
