Job description

DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Incentive Global Lead, you will design, implement and manage sales incentive programs globally. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and you will report to the Global Total Rewards Operations Leader. Come join the team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage plans aligned with business units objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance and HR to understand business requirements and ensure incentive plans support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to assess the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay connected with industry best practices and trends in sales incentive compensation.
  • Support the effective communication of plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Communications.
  • Detect opportunities to transfer transactional activities to service center.
  • Ensure plans comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of plans.
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales on the implementation and execution of plans.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance our systems to record sales incentive related data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales incentive design, implementation, and management.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
  • Workday experience.
