Job Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to create user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
• Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of front-end development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but helpful).
• Experience conducting A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
