Telehealth Physician & Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, Remote – U.S.)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-Based)
Schedule: Part-Time | Minimum 15 hours/week | Weekend coverage required (2 weekends/month)

Compensation

• Physicians (MD/DO): $160,000–$200,000 annualized (part-time equivalent)

• Nurse Practitioners (NP): $65–$75 per hour, based on experience and seniority

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a modern, digital-first telehealth environment. Providers deliver care through synchronous video visits and asynchronous chat-based triage, supported by advanced technology and a dedicated operations team that minimizes administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual patient care via video and chat-based visits

• Manage patients across varying levels of acuity and complexity

• Perform clinical triage and follow-up via asynchronous messaging

• Collaborate with specialists and internal care teams

• Order labs, imaging, and referrals within established care networks

• Utilize EMR and digital tools to support efficient care delivery

• Participate in required weekend coverage

Technology & Tools

• Video visits via Zoom

• EMR documentation in Athena

• Secure asynchronous patient messaging platform

• Internal collaboration and proprietary care platforms

Qualifications – Physicians (MD/DO)

• MD or DO with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background

• 5–10 years of clinical experience

• Minimum 2 years of telehealth experience

• Active licenses covering at least 40% of the U.S. population

• Comfortable managing all levels of clinical acuity

• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications – Nurse Practitioners

• Active NP license (FNP, AGNP, Internal Medicine NP, or Primary Care NP preferred)

• Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred

• Comfortable practicing independently in a remote environment

Schedule Details

• Flexible weekday shifts (typically ~4 hours)

• Weekend shifts: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MT

• Minimum of two weekends per month
