We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, client coordination, and consultancy tasks. The role is ideal for students or early graduates looking to build practical HR experience within a dynamic consultancy environment.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
Support HR consultants in preparing job descriptions, interview schedules, and client updates
Manage and update candidate databases and tracking sheets
Participate in initial candidate interviews and assessments (when applicable)
Conduct market research related to compensation, industry trends, and talent availability
Support administrative HR tasks, including documentation and report preparation
Contribute to HR projects, training sessions, and talent assessment activities
Help maintain smooth communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Practical experience in recruitment, HR consulting, and client support
Exposure to real hiring processes and professional HR tools
