As we grow, we’re seeking a proactive and organized Operations Lead to help build and refine the systems that support our care delivery.

Role Overview

The Operations Lead will serve as the backbone of our clinic’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hatsfrom SOP development to team coordination.

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize clinic workflows, including patient intake, scheduling, and provider support

  • Develop, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments

  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between clinical, administrative, and support teams

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

  • Assist in building and managing a remote support team as the clinic scales

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and operational goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or operations role (healthcare experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience with SOP creation and process documentation
