  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Min 3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

Core responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Pryde Support’s services and values. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to our target audience across platforms. Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, empathetic manner. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that highlight key initiatives, events, and success stories. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep Pryde Support at the forefront of digital engagement.
