Core responsibilities:

Manage and organize leads in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate with leads via SMS and email to gather necessary information, answer queries, and provide updates. Assist in qualifying leads by gathering essential details and assessing their potential as customers. Schedule and coordinate appointments between leads, customers, and the sales team, ensuring alignment with availability and priorities. Send reminders to both the sales team and customers about upcoming meetings and appointments. Follow up with leads and customers post-appointment to gather feedback and keep the sales process moving forward. Collect and analyze data from leads and customers to assist the sales team in developing accurate pricing for quotes. Prepare and deliver quotes to customers, ensuring all relevant details are included and communicated clearly. Track and manage the status of quotes, following up as needed to move the sales process forward. Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Maintain and update sales-related documents, ensuring they are accessible and well-organized
