E-Commerce & Shopify Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales support, with hands-on proficiency in Shopify for order management, product updates, and backend operations. Order Processing Experience: Strong background in entering, processing, and managing online orders with attention to accuracy and efficiency. Sales Coordination Skills: Experience working closely with sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff of order details and managing customer interactions effectively. Customer Service Proficiency: Ability to communicate professionally with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. Data & Inventory Management: Experience in tracking inventory, managing data entry, and generating reports to assist in sales and operational decision-making. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and maintain meticulous records while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Core responsibilities:

Order Processing & Management: Accurately process and enter orders into Shopify, ensuring timely fulfillment and seamless coordination between sales and production teams. Sales Team Coordination: Work directly with the sales team to track orders, update customer accounts, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Customer Support & Order Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and custom design specifications, providing excellent service to maintain strong client relationships. Inventory & Data Management: Monitor stock levels, update product availability in Shopify, and generate reports on sales trends, order history, and customer preferences. E-Commerce Optimization: Assist in maintaining and updating the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotional updates to enhance the customer buying experience. Administrative & Workflow Support: Organize and manage sales-related documentation, track order progress, and ensure all necessary approvals and information are properly recorded for internal use.
