Min 2.5 years Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting. Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone presence. Ability to handle objections and remain persistent in follow-ups.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, email outreach to potential clients. Qualify leads based on their financial needs and interest in financial or insurance products. Maintain a database of prospective clients and update records in CRM software. Schedule consultations for financial advisors and insurance agents with potential clients. Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any initial questions. Coordinate appointment times efficiently to maximize the team’s availability. Educate potential clients on the benefits of financial services and insurance solutions. Address objections professionally and overcome barriers to scheduling appointments.
