Core responsibilities:

Conduct a high number of daily outbound phone calls to leads and prospects. Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s offerings and value propositions. Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the senior sales team. Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM tools. Follow up with leads via email and phone to ensure consistent communication. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets. Understand company services thoroughly to clearly explain and answer questions during calls. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness
