Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in lead generation, data research, or sales support, preferably in digital marketing, online business, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and various data-scraping methods to gather and organize prospect information.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle high-volume data entry and ensure leads are properly categorized and delivered to the sales team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet high lead-generation targets.

  • Prospecting and Lead Sourcing: Research and identify potential leads using various online tools, databases, and digital marketing strategies to build a high-volume pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Data Entry and Lead Organization: Collect, input, and maintain lead information accurately in a CRM system, ensuring all leads are properly categorized and sent directly to the sales mailbox for follow-up.
  • Social Media and Online Research: Leverage social media platforms, business directories, and other digital sources to find and extract contact details of potential prospects.
  • Email Outreach Support and Reporting: Assist in gathering contact information for automated email campaigns, ensuring outreach lists are continuously updated with new, relevant leads, and track lead volume and sourcing methods.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in lead generation, data research, or sales support, preferably in digital marketing, online business, or e-commerce industries. Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and various data-scraping methods to gather and organize prospect information. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to handle high-volume data entry with accuracy, ensuring all leads are properly categorized and promptly delivered to the sales team. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, meet high lead-generation targets, and consistently source new prospects without requiring direct oversight. Online Research & Social Media Savvy: Skilled in utilizing search engines, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to identify and extract potential leads. Fast-Paced & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, able to adjust lead generation strategies based on business needs.

Volume-Based Lead Generation: Focus on generating as many leads as possible without requiring deep qualification, maximizing the number of potential prospects for the sales team. Tracking & Performance Reporting: Maintain records of sourced leads, track progress, and provide regular updates on lead volume and sourcing methods to improve efficiency.
