Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, full-cycle recruiting processes, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple requisitions effectively. 
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail in candidate assessment, documentation, and compliance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. 
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and coordinate hiring decisions. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, analyze metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment outcomes.
