Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Preferable: experience recruiting for luxury brands or corporate settings. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and full-cycle recruiting best practices. 
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS, job boards, and sourcing platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions. 
  • Ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information and recruitment-related matters.

Core responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. 
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines with a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and reference checks. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, utilizing data analysis to optimize results.
