Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a real estate administration or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive CRM, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 
  • Preferable: basic design skills, including experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Pipedrive CRM system, including data entry, lead management, and workflow automation. 
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the real estate team. 
  • Prepare and format property listings, marketing materials, and client communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support for real estate transactions, including preparing documents and liaising with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain and update the companys digital filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible. 
  • Preferable: assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns and social media posts.
