Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in logistics, trucking, or transportation management (required) Proven leadership and team management skills in a logistics environment Strong understanding of dispatch systems, routing software, and transportation regulations

Core responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of fleet logistics, dispatch, and transportation services Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow Monitor and manage load assignments, routes, schedules, and delivery timelines Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, delivery receipts, and driver logs Track and report key performance metrics to optimize delivery times and reduce operational costs Address and resolve issues related to delays, routing problems, or equipment breakdowns in real-time Work closely with accounting and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial tracking Provide leadership and guidance to team members; hire, train, and evaluate staff as needed Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and efficient operations Implement operational improvements and develop strategies for scaling and sustainability
