Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years in a marketing support role, ideally within automotive, lifestyle, or service-based industries. Content Editing Skills: Proficiency with basic video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for organizing and preparing branded content. Social Media Savvy: Experience scheduling and managing posts on platforms like Google Business, Yelp, Instagram, and TikTok, with an eye for tone and consistency. Strong Written Communication: Ability to draft email newsletters, short-form posts, and blog updates that align with brand voice and audience engagement goals. CRM & Workflow Familiarity: Knowledge of CRM systems or client tracking tools, with the ability to build automated reminders and simple re-engagement sequences. Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through, able to independently manage ongoing marketing and customer-facing tasks.

Core responsibilities:

Content Editing & Organization: Sort, edit, and format existing photo and video content into engaging formats for social media and digital marketing. Social Media Posting & Management: Maintain active presence across platforms like Google, Yelp, Instagram, and TikTok by posting consistent, varied content and engaging with the audience. Newsletter & Blog Creation: Draft, design, and publish newsletters using existing blog content, while identifying new seasonal or promotional topics to spotlight. Client Retention Support: Execute and manage client retention workflows including maintenance reminders, review follow-ups, and re-engagement outreach through CRM or email automation tools. Marketing Campaign Execution: Support development of new service promotions, print/digital content, and campaign delivery to past, new, and repeat customers. Warranty Registration Tracking: Assist in maintaining a digital system to log and track physical warranty cards submitted for registration and follow-up.
