2.5+ years prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields with a passion for continuous growth. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar tools. Solid organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including email campaigns and social media engagement. A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist across multiple projects and priorities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

Assist in planning, eProvide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, including scheduling, calendar management, and file organization. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital platforms. Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of email newsletters, social posts, and promotional materials. Draft, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Support social media management by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance. Conduct market and competitor research to help inform strategy and content development. Help track campaign performance and compile reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
