Hands‑on experience with Shopline or Shopify platforms, including store setup and theme customization. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Sked for scheduling posts. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for clear, engaging stakeholder communication. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Passionate about innovative marketing, creativity, and continuous professional learning.

Core responsibilities:

Plan and schedule organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Sked Social. Create promotional graphics, short videos, and stories aligned with brand identity and campaigns. Manage Shopline/Shopify store: update products, optimize landing pages, and integrate visuals. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering community interaction. Monitor social metrics, analyze engagement trends, and recommend content optimizations. Maintain and update content calendars and asset repositories for streamlined planning. Coordinate influencer collaborations and user‑generated content campaigns to boost brand awareness.
