Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline).
Coordinate campaign logistics including scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Develop and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support digital marketing efforts with website updates, social media engagement, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, event coordination, budget tracking, and file organization.
Requirements:

2.5 year proven experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and effective stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and tactics with a keen willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with an adaptable nature, positive attitude, and independent problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields and a willingness to continue to grow.
