  • Regularly update website content using the organization's CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) to reflect current information
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including coordination of assets, timelines, and deliverables

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or related role, with a focus on digital and content-driven initiatives Proven proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create high-quality, on-brand visuals for various marketing channels Strong understanding of digital content creation, including social media assets, email campaigns, and website content Experience using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) to make website updates and maintain content accuracy Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to tone, grammar, and messaging consistency Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and respond to feedback constructively

Core responsibilities:

Design and produce compelling visual content using Canva for social media, email newsletters, internal communications, and print collateral Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling social media posts that align with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines Regularly update website content, including blog posts, banners, images, and product/service pages using the organization’s CMS Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including coordination of assets, timelines, and deliverables Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards Conduct light research and gather insights to support content development, audience targeting, and campaign planning Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure all content and creative assets meet business and strategic objectives.
