Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in a marketing role. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and Mailchimp; preference for experience with Zapier integration. 
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, with a keen interest in learning digital marketing and content creation skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to support team goals effectively.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline efforts. 
  • Coordinate campaign logistics like scheduling, content creation, and asset management to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Create and curate content for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. 
  • Maintain organized content calendars and repositories to effectively manage marketing assets and schedules. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for strategic positioning. 
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and coordinating events.
