  • Campaign Execution and Management: Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook/Instagram, and Retargeting).
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Tracking, Reporting and Insights: Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to measure performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Budget and Targeting Management: Allocate budgets across campaigns and conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to maximise reach and cost-effectiveness.

Previous experience 2+ years proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of PPC advertising, conversion tracking, and performance metrics. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Experience with audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign optimisation. Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Core responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management: Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Retargeting. Performance Optimisation: Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Keyword & Audience Targeting: Implement effective keyword research and audience segmentation strategies to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness. Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration: Work with the content and design team to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and copy that drive engagement and conversions. A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance. Tracking & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to measure campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Budget Management: Allocate and adjust budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effective results and achieve business goals. Competitor & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
