Job Requirements:

• 2.5+ years proven experience with the GoHighLevel platform, including setup, customization, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automations, and sales pipelines. 
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier for integrations. 
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing templates and forms. 
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in building and testing workflows.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train team members effectively.

Core responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the GoHighLevel platform to meet business needs, including CRM setup, workflows, and automations. 
• Develop and implement funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and SMS automations using GoHighLevel tools.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools and applications via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve performance, lead management, and user experience. 
• Troubleshoot platform issues, provide ongoing support, and ensure the system operates smoothly. 
• Train team members on GoHighLevel features and best practices to maximize platform utilization. 
• Stay up-to-date on GoHighLevel updates, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
