2+ years of proven experience as an Estimator in the scaffolding or construction industry. Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, materials, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills

Core responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine scaffolding requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, transportation, and equipment. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients. Work closely with the project and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility of projects. Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain competitive pricing strategies. Review and update estimates based on project changes or unforeseen conditions. Ensure all estimates comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and client communications for future reference.
