Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2.5+ years of experience as an e-Commerce Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, including product uploads and inventory management.
  • Experience in managing and updating online product catalogs with a strong understanding of purchase order processes and inventory tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and experience with spreadsheets; social media or advertising experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Upload and manage new products on Shopify, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory tracking with timely restocking.
  • Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and logistics partners; conduct quality checks on product listings.
  • Assist in analyzing sales trends, generating reports, supporting online promotions and campaigns, and coordinating social media efforts where applicable.

Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years experience as an e-Commerce Assistant, or in a similar role. 
  • Proficiency with Shopify, including product uploads and inventory management. 
  • Experience in managing and updating online product catalogs. 
  • Strong understanding of purchase order processes and inventory tracking. 
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and external partners. 
  • Experience with spreadsheets required. Social media or advertising experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Core responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage new products on Shopify, including images, descriptions, and pricing.

  • Provide support for online promotions and campaigns, including updating banners and product collections. 
  • Collaborate on social media efforts to promote products and enhance customer engagement (if applicable).
